The Menu Revue Solution
Menu Revue is a “champagne class” dining reservation service that has successfully served the Las
Vegas convention and tradeshow industry since 1984. Our services are provided complementary to
attendees, guests and exhibitors of the event. Our professionally staffed, on-site service is offered to
conventions and tradeshows, with 8,000 or more delegates, on a modest fee basis. Special restaurant
reservation services for smaller shows can also be arranged and provided.
- For 1 or 100…whether it’s a night out on the town, a business function, special event, industry
function, power breakfast, luncheon or just a peaceful meal away from the hustle and bustle – our
knowledgeable and friendly staff is there to lend their expertise. Whether you are looking for
cuisine, ambience, and excellent service or dining establishments that boast unique and unusual

How Our On Site Services Are Provided
Walk-up attendees, guests and exhibitors can visit our Menu Revue booth at the show, which is
conveniently located near the main entrance of the event. There they can explore their dining options.
Menus of recommended restaurants are available and they can receive personalized advice and
information for selecting the best restaurant to meet their dining desires and requirements. Our
restaurant recommendations span a variety of cuisines and styles from trendy, to traditional to the latest
hot spot. We consistently recommend the ‘best of the best’ of what the Las Vegas dining scene has to
offer.

- There are many fine dining establishments we recommend, however, we will confirm for any Las
Vegas fine dining establishment. Complementary confirmed dining reservations will be made
for the guest on the spot.

community for over 20 years. The owner, Helen Rossi, is a seasoned professional in the Las Vegas
convention community and has developed a unique ‘insider perspective’ of the Las Vegas dining scene.

Restaurant Information and Reservations
We have selected many fine restaurants which we recommend for individuals and their guests at both
Las Vegas Strip and neighborhood locations. When the confirmed reservations are completed, the
guest receives a ‘Menu Revue Confirmed Restaurant Reservation Slip’ which includes the name of the
restaurant and the guest, the day, date and time of the reservation, the number of people in the party, the
address and telephone number of the restaurant. The back of the slip also provides a map of the area.
We have selected many fine restaurants which we recommend for individuals and their guests at both
